Visit from Erik Hanberg_#6

When the guest Erik Hanberg come over it was very informational to all of us. I feel like we learned a lot about the reality of business and tech. Also, Ai has lots of power in our world. One of the questions I had for Erik was "what is something you've learned over the course of owning a business and being an employee of all these types of companies?" He said to test the products you want to sell, to see if the product will be worth it in the end, compared to jumping into the water and losing lots of money. It was interesting to how his career related to E-commerce within the realm of knowledge books might have some future problems for people. His concern stuck with me that a lot of jobs are potentially easy to be taken away by Ai. One other thing that really stood out to me was taking advantage of the emerging technology of today. Back then for Erik, it was using the internet to start, but then using amazon (an internet bookstore giant). Using the technology available to him, enabled him to succeed in the years after starting his online job. Overall, I loved that I got the opportunity to ask and hear other questions that Erik Hanberg got to answer. It was really cool to hear from another person in our community talk about taking advantage of the booming tech and make it work for you; in the niche area you desire to jump into.
